Xerox said it had acquired its longtime platinum partner Advanced UK,which is a hardware and managed printing services provider located in Uxbridge, UK.
Xerox claims that the acquisition enables Xerox to further vertically integrate, continue to strengthen its business in the UK and serve Advanced UK’s customer base.
Kevin Paterson,the head of Business Solutions and Small and Medium Enterprises at Xerox UK, said Advanced UK already has a strong local customer base and partnering with them will bring the industry’s most comprehensive service portfolio to these new Xerox customers.
Joe Gallagher, the Sales Director at Advanced UK, said Xerox is the best choice to drive the business and drive differentiated growth opportunities. He said he is pleased to be joining Xerox and looked forward to expanding its customer base through Xerox’s printing and IT services.
In the fourth quarter of 2022, Xerox Corporation revenue was $1.94 billion, up 9.2% year over year. Full-year 2022 revenue was $7.11 billion in revenue, up 1.0% year over year.
